SHIPPING POLICY

Please note; all shipping are done by third party logistics companies and shipping costs are subject to changes.

LadyBeellionaire will not be liable for any changes made in the cost of shipping by the logistic companies before your items or packages are shipped.

LadyBeellionare will also not be liable for damages that occur during shipping, however verified factory errors are corrected by LadyBeellionaire.

We will inform you if there are any unexpected production/shipping delays. Kindly note, that delays may arise during holidays, new collection launch and sale periods.

LOCAL SHIPPING

The production time of items purchased on the LadyBeellionaire online store is 7 - 15 working days (it could be slightly longer for bespoke/made-to-order items), after which it is delivered or picked up depending on the client's choice.

Delivery within major parts of Lagos takes 2-3 working days.

Delivery to other states within Nigeria take 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. 

Kindly note that the production time of items purchased on the LadyBeellionaire online store is 7 - 15 working days (it could be slightly longer for bespoke/made-to-order items), after which it is delivered or picked up depending on the client's choice.

Payment for orders shipping internationally are based on the total weight in kilograms (kg) of the order. ●Please contact us for a quote cost based on your orders. International orders are fulfilled via DHL (doorstep delivery).

RETURNS

LadyBeellionaire offers exchange or returns for store credit, items less cost of delivery. Customers must contact us within 24 hours (Local) and 72 hours (International) of delivery for an exchange or amendments. After which, the item is considered final sale.

Product can be returned if there are any factory errors within the first 3 days of prescribed contact after delivery in exchange for another product or amendment of error. However, LadyBeellionaire will receive return item in good condition first before any exchange/amendment is done.

Customer is responsible for delivery cost of returned package and in the event of factory error, LadyBeellionaire will handle cost of shipping exchanged product or corrected product back to the customer.
