Purchasing items on LadyBeellionaire is swift and hassle-free. You can complete a purchase without being a registered user.

We advise you however to create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

You can freely consult our catalogue by selecting the category you are interested in from the navigation menu; use the filters or the internal search of the site to make your search more precise.

Product information

In each product’s page you can view all the information relating to the item (description, composition, measurements, fit) and, by clicking on the product image, enlarge it to view all the details.

How to buy

To purchase a product at the LadyBeellionaire online store:

1. Select the color and size of the item from the available combinations from the product sheet
2. Add the product to cart
3. If you decide to continue shopping, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen
4. Click on the cart icon and decide when to proceed with the order
5. If you are a registered user you can log in or continue as a guest and enter the shipping address and billing address
6. Select a desired type of shipment and payment method
7. Enter payment details
8. Check that the details entered are correct and click on “Place Order”.

 

Depending on your preferred method you will either be redirected to a “Thank You” page or a payment portal where you can fill in the necessary payment information.
This indicates that the purchase process has been completed correctly.

 

Finally, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order.

All our products are uniquely packaged and delivered in custom LadyBeellionaire boxes. If in any event, you intend to send an item purchased from the LadyBeellionaire shop as a gift then kindly bring this to our attention by adding it in the additional notes box below the billing details form. We offer the service of gift wrapping free of charge and the recipient of your gift will not receive the invoice.

 

Personalized message

We offer the option to include a personalized message when sending a gift order.

Please note that LadyBeellionaire reserves the right to withhold or refuse the acceptance of a product order accompanied by messages containing statements contrary to the law or morality.

 

Receipt and Price

The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on LadyBeellionaire will be sent electronically to your email address (the same one that was used to fill out the billing details). This receipt, which we advise you to print and keep, will also be available by logging in to your Customer Account if you are a registered user.

The price will be removed from the label of the products you ordered and the receipt will not be attached to your order at the time of shipment to the individual your gift was intended for.

After selecting the items, sizes and colors, we will ask you the delivery address as well as a security question.

After our Customer Care assistant confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

The discount code is provided to take advantage of special promotions, we often send promotional codes to customers subscribed to our Newsletter during special events.

If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. To enter more than one promotional code, enter each code individually in the promotional code box and click “Apply.”

 

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorized promotion code is used.

The discount code is provided to take advantage of special promotions, we often send promotional codes to customers subscribed to our Newsletter during special events. 

 

I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

If you have received a promotional code, all you have to do is insert it on the order completion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
Please check that the discount has been applied before closing the purchase.
Remember to enter the promotional code when the order is finalized as it will not be possible to add it later.

We also remind you that promotions and discounts in some cases are not cumulative or are not valid for some categories of products; check the conditions of the promotion on the communication received.

In a bid to ensure a seamless shopping and checkout experience for our customers we have provided three (3) payments options;

With the two payment gateway systems, customers can pay with credit cards; MasterCard, Visa and Verve and they also offer a variety of other payment options for the convenience of our customers. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see on the LadyBeellionaire online store or its equivalent in your local currency using the current exchange rates.

 

*As a result of the recent integration of Flutterwave with PayPal, customers who make use of PayPal for online payments should use the Flutterwave option.

Every transaction made on ladybeellionaire.com is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the secure servers of Let’s Encrypt, an offshoot of Internet Security Research Group and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL).

 

We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar. Encryption makes your data illegible to LadyBeellionaire and to any third parties, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions and of any card data you may wish to save in your account for future purchases.

 

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. As an additional safety measure, you may be asked by your credit card provider to authorize payment by entering a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method.

 

Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

If you are paying with a credit card and you are asked to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or an alternative authentication method in order to authorize the payment, please ensure that you have followed all of the instructions provided by your credit card issuer.

We only accept one payment method per order and we do not accept payments in instalments at this time.

Our preferred courier service is DHL.

The costs of shipping items purchased from the LadyBeellionaire shop are dependent on the location and total weight of the items to be shipped. The actual shipping cost for every order is calculated automatically and is displayed on the cart and checkout pages.

As indicated on the product pages, production takes 4-8 working days. Production of bespoke items may be longer depending of the specific details of the piece being crafted.

LOCAL SHIPPING

Delivery within major parts of Lagos takes 2-3working days.

Delivery to other states within Nigeria typically takes 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international locations delivery typically takes 3 – 5 working days from the moment it was shipped.

 

*We are committed to respecting the deadlines for deliveries, but the timing can vary slightly during the most demanding periods (including sold-off). Furthermore, sporadic technical updates to our operating system, or force majeure events (such as particularly unfavorable weather conditions) could make certain delivery services temporarily unavailable or affect the time limit for placing an order as well as the scheduled delivery times.

Nonetheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to work to limit these changes as much as possible.

Yes, customers can pick up their order(s) in any of our stores in Lagos and Enugu, Nigeria.

Please be prepared to present the following when picking up your order:

 

1. Valid confirmation of your original mode of payment
2. Your valid, government-issued ID
3. Your order confirmation email

Yes, a third party can pick up your order(s) in any of our stores in Lagos and Enugu, Nigeria.

She/he should be prepared to present the following when picking up your order:

 

1. Valid confirmation of your original mode of payment
2. Your valid, government-issued ID
3. Your order confirmation email
4. A valid, government-issued ID of the individual collecting on your behalf.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time for the delivery of the item(s) you purchased. 

We are sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. You should kindly contact our Customer Services Team with the following information.

All items that are returned as faulty are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to deem whether an item is faulty or whether it is wear and tear.

If in the rare event that your item is faulty due to a design error, we may be able to replace your item. Replacements are subject to availability.

You can return any item purchased on the LadyBeellionaire Online Store.

 

For customers within Nigeria, we have to be informed of the intended return 24 hours from the moment the order was delivered to you. After which, the item is considered final sale.

 

For international customers, we have to be informed of the intended return 72 hours from the moment the order was delivered to you. After which, the item is considered final sale.

 

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

An item is deemed faulty if it has been received by you in an imperfect condition after delivery.
We do not consider wear and tear to be a fault.

 

To return a faulty item to us, you should contact our Customer Services Team with the following information.

 

  • Your proof of purchase/order number
  • A short description of the fault
  • Supporting images and/or video

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale: 

 

  • The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included – incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
  • The return must be requested within 24 hours from delivery of the order for customers within Nigeria and 72 hours from delivery of the order for international customers
  • The return package must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorization
  • Orders placed with In-Store Pick Up can be returned either through the courier or by taking the items to the same LadyBeellionaire store where they were collected from 
  • The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region
  • The products were purchased online on ladybeellionaire.com

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days from the moment we receive it from you.

 

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures and respective card issuers.
